Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Domestic Orders: 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS after dispatch


International Orders (if applicable): 10–15 BUSINESS DAYS after dispatch

Shipping Costs:

A nominal charge would be levied for orders less than worth Rs 500. No shipping charge for orders greater than worth Rs 500.

Tracking Information


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Please allow 24–48 HOURS for the tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues & Delays


If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 30 days of the order date at chakrabortysahaco@gmail.com.
